Returns & Refund Policy
We take immense pride in the purity, craftsmanship, and efficacy of our botanical rituals. If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, our hassle-free 7-day policy ensures complete peace of mind.
1. Return Eligibility Criteria
A return or replacement request is accepted under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, leaked, or has defective packaging.
- The product delivered does not match your ordered item.
- The product is in its original condition with barcode, tags, and protective seal intact.
2. How to Request a Return
Simply send an email to support@vedaglam.in within 7 days of receiving your order with your Order Number and a photograph or short video showing the issue. Our customer care team will respond within 24 hours to schedule your free reverse pickup.
3. Refund Timelines
Once your returned item arrives at our Pune facility and passes quality inspection:
- Prepaid Orders (UPI/Cards): Refund is initiated back to your original payment method within 24–48 hours (takes 3–5 working days to reflect in bank statement).
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund is credited directly to your bank account via IMPS/NEFT or UPI ID within 48 hours of inspection.
