Order Cancellation Policy
We process and dispatch botanical orders rapidly to ensure fast delivery. You can cancel your order easily prior to dispatch with zero penalty.
1. Cancellation Window
You may cancel any order within 2 hours of placement or before dispatch notification is generated. Once the order has been handed to our logistics partner, it cannot be canceled in transit, but you may refuse delivery upon arrival.
2. How to Request Cancellation
To cancel an order, please email support@vedaglam.in or call our customer care at +91 98765 43210 (Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST) with your order number.
3. Cancellations by Veda Glam
Veda Glam reserves the right to cancel orders in rare situations such as unserviceable delivery locations, quality audit failure, or payment verification issues. In such circumstances, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded immediately.
